Location: We are based in Aurora, Ohio, but we serve customers remotely throughout the entire United States. No matter where you are located, we can connect to your computer and help.
When you reach out, a real person responds, not an automated system or overseas call center. We will ask a few questions about your computer problem, recommend the best approach, and if you are ready to proceed, we can often start working on your issue the same day. For emergencies, we provide immediate assistance.
If you are not sure whether we can help with your specific problem, just ask. We are happy to provide a free initial assessment and will be honest about whether our remote service is the right solution or if you need something different.
It helps if you can tell us: what type of computer you have (desktop or laptop, brand and approximate age), what operating system you are running (Windows 10, Windows 11), what problem you are experiencing (as specifically as possible), and when the problem started (did anything change recently, like a new program or update). But do not worry if you do not know all these details. We will figure it out together once we connect.
We provide support Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM Eastern Time, with emergency support available for active subscribers outside of regular hours. Our monthly plans include priority response times so your issues are addressed first.
