These Terms of Service govern your use of SlowPC.net and the PC maintenance services provided by GeekMobi LLC. By subscribing to our services, you agree to these terms.
SlowPC.net provides remote PC monitoring, maintenance, virus removal, and technical support through monthly subscription plans. Services are delivered remotely via secure connections to your computer. Service availability and response times depend on your subscription tier.
Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers.
By subscribing, you authorize our technicians to remotely access your computer for the purpose of providing maintenance and support services. All remote sessions are encrypted and logged. You retain full control and may terminate a session at any time.
While we take every precaution to protect your data and system, GeekMobi LLC is not liable for data loss, hardware failure, or other damages beyond the scope of services provided. We recommend maintaining regular backups of important files.
